I am a quality assurance and institutional governance specialist with 15 years of experience designing, installing and auditing quality systems in higher education.
I currently serve as Director of the Quality Enhancement Cell at Riphah International University, Pakistan, a seven-campus university. In this role I lead the university-wide internal quality assurance system, which covers programme self-assessment, accreditation readiness, performance indicators, and compliance with Higher Education Commission (HEC) requirements. I also lead institutional strategy for international rankings (QS, THE and Impact Rankings).
At the international level, I am an elected Board Director of INQAAHE (International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education) and an International Advisory Board Member of ENQA (European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education). Through these roles I work with QA agencies and universities across regions on standards, good practice and capacity building.

Key areas of contribution:

I can support OIC member states in establishing or strengthening national QA agencies and university quality cells, accreditation preparation, ISO-based management systems in education, and capacity building for QA professionals.
My expertise is in institutional quality systems rather than specific equipment. Specialisations:
1. Quality management systems: ISO 9001 and ISO 21001 (Educational Organizations Management Systems). Certified Lead Auditor for both. Design, implementation, internal audit and certification readiness.
