Lecturer & NUTECH
16 years of experience
I have 16 years of experience in electrical engineering, specializing in power electronics, embedded systems, renewable energy, and electronic equipment design, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. My hands-on experience includes PV inverters, solar charge controllers, UPS systems, VFDs, motor controllers, energy meters, and microcontroller-based equipment. I have worked on PCB fault diagnosis, equipment calibration, testing, installation, and commissioning. I have also trained students and technical personnel in power electronics, instrumentation, microcontrollers, and circuit design, and developed laboratory manuals and training materials. My key projects include an EV fast charger, an AI-based microgrid fault detection system, and a solar panel cleaning system. I am a certified CBT Assessor and proficient in MATLAB, Proteus, and power system simulation tools.
1) Power Electronics Equipment: Single-phase grid-tied photovoltaic (PV) inverters, PWM-based solar charge controllers, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), soft starters for induction motors, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
2) Renewable Energy and EV Systems: Solar panel cleaning systems, electric vehicle (EV) fast-charging systems, and solar-powered motor-driven applications.
3) Electrical Measurement and Protection Equipment: Energy meters, power meters, instrumentation and measurement systems, and power system protection and fault-detection solutions.
4) Embedded Systems and Electronic Controllers: Microcontroller-based systems using PIC and Atmel families, motor control modules, sensor interfaces, electronic monitoring processors, and hardware testing stations.
5) Power System and Microgrid Technologies: Power system simulation, microgrid fault detection and classification, and adaptive fault mitigation systems.
